Service Overview
Zap Sign Service Inc. agrees to provide its Clients with targeted lead generation services, specifically designed to deliver exclusive, pre-qualified seller leads that align with the Client’s defined criteria and market focus.Financial Terms
- Contract Fee: A one-time, refundable fee of $599 is due upon execution of this Agreement.
- Marketing Commission: For any real estate transaction (sale, purchase, or lease) resulting from a provided lead and closed within the active service period, the Client agrees to pay Zap Sign Service Inc. a marketing fee equal to 25% of the Agent’s net commission (the final amount received after brokerage splits).
- Contract Fee Payback: Upon the Client’s first successful transaction closing, the full $599 contract fee will be credited back to their account.
Lead Delivery Schedule
- The first qualified lead will be provided within 30 days from the effective date of this Agreement.
- Zap Sign Service Inc. will deliver a total of 9-12 pre-screened leads over 90-days period.
Client Responsibility
To ensure the best results, the Client agrees to:- Reach out to each provided lead promptly and maintain consistent follow-up.
- Maintain open communication with Zap Sign Service Inc. and offer constructive feedback on lead quality and engagement.
Agreement Duration & Refund Policy
- Term: This Agreement is valid for 90 days from the date of signing.
- Refund Request: A Client may submit a written refund request within the first 30 days of the Agreement only if Zap Sign Service Inc. fails to initiate lead delivery as stipulated in the “Lead Delivery Schedule” section.
- Refund Amount: If the refund request is validated, the Client is eligible to receive 50% of the sign-up fee which will be processed within 30 business days.
- Policy Finality: After the initial 30-day period, Clients forfeit the right to request a refund or initiate a payment dispute related to this Agreement.
Support & Service Details
- Dedicated Support: Clients receive up to 08 hours of dedicated support each business day throughout the service term.
- Included Services: Delivery of 9-12 pre-screened leads and organized tracking via a shared Google Spreadsheet.
Does not Include:
- This package does not include
- A Scheduled appointments
- A Social media/Google Ads management
- A dedicated account manager
- Live call transfers
- SMS/WhatsApp messaging support.
Holiday Schedule
Zap Sign Service Inc. observes all U.S. national holidays. Support operations may be limited on these days, and all service timelines will be extended accordingly. Urgent requests submitted on a holiday will be addressed on the next business day. Should our team schedule additional time off, we will provide Clients with a minimum of one week’s advance notice to ensure seamless service planning.Confidentiality & Compliance
- Both parties agree to treat all shared business information as confidential and will not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.
- DNC Disclaimer: Prior to lead transfer, Zap Sign Service Inc. will perform a Do Not Call (DNC) disclaimer process. Upon transfer, the Client assumes full and complete responsibility for all subsequent communication with the lead, including strict adherence to all federal, state, and local telemarketing and DNC regulations. Zap Sign Service Inc. bears no liability for any compliance violations occurring after the lead has been delivered.
